Fees
Stage 1a – £120 plus vat
If all documents are in order and it requires no review/advice on compliance issues.
Stage 1b – £220 plus vat
For caseworker to advise on compliance and re-serve documents.
Stage 2 £400 plus vat
Applying for a possession order from a court (Excluding court application and advocacy fee)
– Drafting and issuing a claim
– Liaising with court/complying with court directions
– Witness statement – Preparation of bundle
– court Instruct advocate
Stage 3
Enforcing the Judgment £200 +vat
Disbursements
Court Application fee – £355
N244 Applications – £255
Transferring up – £60
County Court Bailiff Fee – £121
High Court Enforcement – fees are given by the relevant enforcement agency
Advocacy – from £250* (Counsels; fee is dependent upon the complexity of the matter)
Process Service Fee £80
Proof of Title – £10
These are fixed fees and do not include any claims that are defended or do they include any complex matters such as despair disputes or any breaches or counterclaims. Matters pertaining to defences or counterclaims if defended, will be charged at our hourly rate of £165, or other agreed terms.
